Civil War Relics

When the site at the northeast corner George Mason and Washington Blvd was being cleared for a new homes development, metal-detector-welding history buffs scoured the site for any remains of years past. Rumor has it that some found a few bullet casings as well as coins that were long lost from Union soldiers that were stationed across the street at present day Lacey Woods Park.
